Maintenance

Work Order Process:

The maintenance department would like to remind you that the work order process is the most efficient and effective way to expedite any needed repairs in your classroom or area. If a maintenance problem occurs, please keep in mind the following:

Work orders are available in all buildings.
All work orders need to be filled out completely and approved by your building principal.
The building principal will either assign the request to the head custodian or send it to central office for assignment and completion.
The building principal will be kept aware of the status of the request.
